I had most of the main level of my home gutted and remodeled to create a larger, more functional kitchen, and the entire experience was outstanding.   We hired David and DCON Renovations for a major remodel of our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They gutted and completely remodeled two guest bathrooms and our master bathroom, and all of them turned out gorgeous! I had very specific design requests, and David was able to accommodate every one of them. He also designed and built an expansive closet in our master bedroom, offering great suggestions for organizing the space. Additionally, he gutted and remodeled our large downstairs family room. My favorite part of the project is the beautiful built-in bookshelves he created along an entire wall. Throughout the entire process, David was patient, accommodating, and always ready to help with our many questions and design changes. If we ever take on another remodel or building project, David will definitely be the first person I call.

  A+ renovation on my bathroom. Installed custom handmade tile and fully tiled shower with sloped floor, with complex shower system. It was a challenging job and my bar was high - they met it.   I just recently completed 2 bathrooms and kitchen remodeling with DCON Renovation. They also installed wallpaper in the bedroom, and refinished the flooring and painted all the walls.   We needed help, from beginning to end. We wanted a company who could truly partner with us to take our vague ideas and turn them into a new living space we would love. DCON did exactly that. Their experience and skill helped us turn our discussions into a design, and turn that design into the modern living space we hoped for. Our project manager was responsive and professional and fair and made things right when a couple issues popped up. (Show me a remodel with zero issues, LOL.) We are excited by the new space, and would recommend DCON without hesitation.

  DCON Renovations completed a powder room and laundry room remodel for me. They were honest, professional, thorough, responsive and friendly. Shiloh was an excellent project manager. He was very organized, punctual and truly cared about delivering a beautiful finished project.   This was our second project with DCON Renovations. The first was a small bath redo that included floor leveling and bringing a 1960's bathroom totally up to date. The team from DCON did a great job. We then contracted DCON for a major kitchen and primary bath remodeling job and requested the same team. We opened up the kitchen and added loads of storage. The bathroom involved moving plumbing, installing a pocket door and better ventilation. Our project manager, Isaac, and the rest of the team were professional, helpful, and paid great attention to detail. Last minute changes were handled without issue. Touch ups were done when needed and all work was finished to a professional level. If we ever need to do another remodeling project, we'll go straight to DCON again.

From our initial meeting with Sam and throughout the project with our Project Manager Shiloh, we were treated professionally and our questions and concerns were kindly and quickly addressed.
